ورزش حرفه ای یا قهرمانی

ورزشکاران ما واقعا با کمترین امکانات، بیشترین نتایج را داشته اند. مخصوصا ورزشکاران کارگر که اغلب: در محیط نامناسبی هم هستند، مشکلات زیادی برای محیط جهانی دارند. لذا پیشنهاد می شود هرکس که مدال قهرمانی ملی یا فراملی آورد، بعنوان ورزشکار حرفه ای در استخدام وزارت ورزش با حداقل حقوق در آید، و به کار تمرین و مسابقات و مربیگری بپردازد. این امر از چند جنبه قابل بررسی است: از جنبه بین المللی، که یک کارگر توانسته در عین: تامین روزی خانواده خود و تامین هزینه های تمرین و مسابقات، خود را در عرصه بین المللی عرضه کند. که این امر یکی از معجزات و یا حاصل حکومت: مردمی جمهوری اسلامی است، که به کارگران بها داده تا آنها بتوانند: در همه زمینه ها شکوفا شوند. لذا بازگشت این فرد به محیط قبلی، مخصوصا برای انگیزه های مادی، بسیار مشکل است. به گفته مسئول ورزش کارگران، بسیاری از انها پس از دریافت مدال، از کار اخراج می شوند و اغلب به دستفروشی، و مسافر کشی روی می اورند. از نظر اصول ورزش مردمی هم، باید کسی که استحقاق قهرمانی دارد، همه امکانات داده شود تا رشد کند. یکی از امکانات هم تامین شغلی او است. از نظر شخصی هم وقتی فردی، با آداب جهانی آشنا شد، باید که در همان درجه یا بالاتر بماند، و الا سقوط او از این ارزشها ممکن است: برای افراد دیگر سرمشق خوبی نباشد. البته ممکن است مثل آن جودو کار! دچار توهم شده و فکر کنند: در جاهای دیگر وضع بهتر است. اما بدانند که اگر وضع مادی آنها خوب است، از راه های قماربازی و شرط بندی و بقیه مکاسب محرمه، به این جا رسیده اند. درواقع دولتها بجای پرداخت حقوق کارگران، به چند نفر حقوق زیاد می دهند، تا دزدی انها آشکار نشود. وزارت ورزش هم می تواند: از طریق سهام و یا هواداران جذب درآمد کند. ولی اگر از منبع مالیاتها یا درآمد نفت هم باشد، جای دوری نمی رود زیرا اینهم یک نوع سرمایه گذاری است. بنا براین پیشنهاد می شود: کمیته ملی المپیک طرحی تهیه و به وزیر ورزش بدهد، تا بعنوان لایحه تک ماده ای، از سوی دولت به مجلس ارسال شود. اگر وزیر ورزش کوتاهی کرد، آن را به امضای 15نماینده با قید دوفوریت برسانند، تا از سوی نمایندگان مطرح شود. این طرح میتواند بعنوان ماده واحده تصویب گردد. متن آن به شرح زیر می تواند باشد: ماده واحده: به دولت اجازه داده می شود: کلیه قهرمانان ملی و بالاتر را به استخدام رسمی: هیات ها، فدراسیون ها و یا وزارت ورزش در آورد. تبصره یک: در ابتدا با حداقل حقوق وزارت کار بوده، مشمول قانون کار هم بشوند. تبصره2: این ورزشکاران حق شغل دیگر ندارند، و باید به تمرین یا مسابقات بپردازند. تبصره 3چنانچه افراد فوق بتوانند: مربیگری یا داوری کنند، میزان حقوق آنها بعنوان نیروی متخصص، منظور خواهد شد. تبصره 4: بار مالی این ماده میتواند: از کمک های دولتی، فروش بلیط، حق عضویت هواداران، اجاره محل مربیگری و شهریه ورزش آموزان تهیه شود. تبصره 5 افرادی که تمایل به استخدام ندارند، باید درآمد مکفی داشته باشند که: از چهارچوب تعیین شده خارج نشوند. تبصره 6چنانچه مشمول سختی کار شوند، بعد از 25سال به افتخار بازنشستگی نایل خواهند آمد. با این روش میتوان قهرمانان ملی را، در یک سامانه واحد جمع آوری و منبع و بانک اطلاعاتی جامع داشت.  تا براساس آن برنامه کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت تهیه کرد. در برنامه کوتاه مدت قهرمانی در آسیا و در برنامه بلند مدت قهرمان جهان در همه رشته ها پیش بینی خواهد شد. لذا تبصره7 میتواند: پیشنهاد ایجاد سازمان ملی قهرمانان و ورزشکاران حرفه ای باشد، تا همه تحت پوشش باشند

According to the workers' sports official, many of them are fired after receiving medals, and often turn to peddling and passenger trafficking. In terms of the principles of popular sports, the person who deserves the championship must be given all the facilities to grow. One of the possibilities is his job security. Personally, too, when one becomes acquainted with universal customs, one must remain at the same degree or higher, otherwise one may fall from these values: it is not a good example for other people. Of course it might work like that judo! Have delusions and think: In other places the situation is better. But to know that if their financial situation is good, they have reached this place through gambling and betting and other Muharram gains. In fact, instead of paying workers' wages, governments pay high salaries to a few people so that their theft is not exposed. The Ministry of Sports can also: Revenue through stocks or fans. But even if it is a source of taxes or oil revenues, it should not be avoided because it is also a kind of investment. Therefore, it is suggested that the National Olympic Committee prepare a plan and submit it to the Minister of Sports, so that it can be sent to the parliament by the government as a single-article bill.
