مدیریت هوشمند

علم مدیریت اشتباه بزرگی کرده است، طبق نظریات علم سکولار، همه شرایط بیرون را ثابت فرض کرده، فقط به مدیریت و تغییرات توابع آن توجه نموده. مدیریت شامل هدفگذاری،سازماندهی! استخدام و امثال اینها، در شرایطی باید صورت گیرد که: زمان صفر باشد و هیچ متغییر دیگری در ان اثر نگذارد. و این خلا، فقط در تصورات شخصی یا: در آزمایشگاههای استرلیزه است. واقعیت این است که همه چیز در حال حرکت و تغییر است. ما در دنیای نسیم ملایم، باد یا طوفان زندگی نمی کنیم، بلکه در دنیای گردبادها و گرداب ها زندگی می کنیم! فرق طوفان با گردباد، در این است که طوفان جهت و سرعت و توان مشخصی دارد! و در طول مسیر خود ثابت است. اما گردباد یا گرداب این طور نیست، بلکه تلاقی دو یا چند طوفان در یک نقطه است. به همین جهت گاهی جلو رفته و: گاهی به عقب برمی گردد! زیرا دو باد یا طوفان، در نقطه مقابل یکدیگر، با هم برخورد می کنند. هرکدام نیروی بیشتری داشت، دیگری را با خود می برد. گرداب هم حاصل دو رودخانه در جهت مخالف هم، که در یک نقطه به هم برخورد کنند. گردابی مانند سرگیجه بوجود می آید. در مورد انسان ها این وضع پیچیده تر است، یعنی مدیریت کاملا هوشمند است. به معنی اینکه مدیران چون هوشمند هستند، میتوانند هر لحظه تغییر تصمیم بدهند. لذا مانند بازی شطرنج، مدیر الف هر حرکتی کند، طرف مقابل حرکت او را مطالعه کرده، سعی می کند خنثی نماید، یا او را شکست دهد. مدیریت لحظه ای هوشمند، با مدیریت علمی قرون وسطی تفاوت دارد. لذا می بینیم که کرونا شناخته نمی شود. هربار که دانشمندان او را می شناسند، و برایش نسخه می نویسند به شکل جدیدی، آن نسخه را باطل کرده و قوی تر ظاهر می شود. در مواردی دستورالعمل معکوس هم تجویز می کنند. مثلا ما در مورد ماسک تاکید می کنیم! آنها ماسک های آلوده به بازار می دهند. که خود ماسک، عامل انتقال بیماری می شود. آمار نشان می دهد که هرجا ماسک بیشتر مصرف شده، کرونا بیشتر بوده است. از روز اول هم بهداشت جهانی، ماسک را پیشنهاد داد! اما فقط ماسک هایی که از چین وارد شود، یا از فرانسه! زیرا ماسک های دیگر آلوده نبودند. با همین ماسک ها، ویروس پخش می شد. بعد که برخی کشورها خودشان، ماسک تولید کردند، دستگاه تست کرونای آلوده، به آنها دادند. یعنی به عنوان تست، ویروس را دربین مردم پخش می کردند. بطوریکه مسئولان ستاد کرونا، رفتار متناقض ویروس را می دیدند، ولی توجیهی برای آن نداشتند: هرجا ماسک نرفته بود کرونا هم نرفته بود! در موضوع اعتیاد هم این طور است: یعنی فکر می کنند تمام شرایط ثابت است، و فقط ایران باید جوانان خود را، از خطر اعتیاد حفظ کند . درحالیکه همین دغدغه، در دستور کار دشمنان است: منتهی بر عکس آن. یعنی آنها رصد می کنند که: ما چه کاری می خواهیم بکنیم، بلافاصله بدل آن را می زنند. اگر ما بگوییم که سیگار دروازه اعتیاد است. آنها تبلیغ می کنند که: سیگار اصلا اعتیاد نیست! بلکه اعتبار افزایی برای جوانان است. اگر ما بخواهیم جوانان را، از دوستان بد جدا کنیم! آنها می گویند پدر و مادر ها با دوستان: فرزندانش مشکل دارد. لذا باید دانست که شیطان، همیشه در کمین است، تا برای توجیهات ما را کمک کند. او هوشمند است. یعنی مانند زمان های قبل عمل نمی کند، بلکه برعکس هر حیله را یکبار بیشتر، به انسان نمی زند. اگر بار اول کسی با یک بفرما، معتاد شد، برای بار دوم به او می گوید: دوای درد کرونا! اعتیاد است. دفعه بعد به او می گوید: درمان تنهایی اعتیاد است. لذا مدیریت اسلامی باید برمبنای هوشمندی و توکل بر خدا اداره شود، تا نقشه های دشمن (شیطان) را متوجه شده خنثی کند.

But this is not a tornado or a whirlwind, but a combination of two or more storms at one point. That's why sometimes it goes forward and: sometimes it goes back! Because two winds or a storm collide with each other. Each had more power, taking the other with it. The whirlpool is the result of two rivers flowing in opposite directions, colliding at one point. There is a vortex like dizziness. In the case of humans, this situation is more complicated, meaning that management is completely intelligent. This means that managers can change their minds at any time because they are smart. So, like a chess game, the A manager makes any move, the other side studies his move, tries to neutralize it, or defeats him. Smart momentary management is different from medieval scientific management. So we see that Corona is not known. Every time scientists know him, and write a prescription for him in a new way, that prescription is invalidated and appears stronger. In some cases, reverse instructions are also given. For example, we emphasize the mask! They market contaminated masks. The mask itself transmits the disease. Statistics show that wherever the mask was used more, Corona was more. From the first day of World Health, he suggested a mask! But only masks imported from China, or from France! Because the other masks were not contaminated. With the same masks, the virus spread. After some countries produced their own masks, they were given an infected corona tester. That is, as a test, the virus was spread among the people. As the Corona headquarters officials saw the contradictory behavior of the virus, they had no justification for it: Corona had not gone wherever the mask had gone! The same is true of addiction: they think that all the conditions are stable, and only Iran should protect its youth from the danger of addiction. While this concern is on the agenda of the enemies: the opposite. That is, they observe: what we want to do, they immediately replace. If we say that smoking is the gateway to addiction. They advertise: Smoking is not addiction at all! It is also raising credibility for young people. If we want to separate the youth from the bad friends! Parents say to friends: Her children have a problem. Therefore, it should be known that the devil is always in ambush to help us with our justifications. He is smart. That is, it does not act like it did in the past; but on the contrary, it does not hit every human being once more. If a person becomes addicted for the first time, he tells her for the second time: Crona's pain cure! It's addictive. "Treatment alone is addictive," she tells him later. Therefore, Islamic management must be run on the basis of intelligence and trust in God, in order to neutralize the plans of the enemy (Satan)
